It is important to me to highly recommend Mike Guido and his company, K&J Pools Service. Mike Guido was originally recommended to us by our realtor, Karen Nelsen of Intero Real Estate, when we purchased our Morgan Hill home in May 2001.

We contacted Mike Guido to get a baseline inspection, as neither my wife nor I had previous experience with maintaining a pool. Mike immediately noticed the pool had no mastic seal around its outer rim, saving us hundreds of dollars as the previous owners were also the Contractor/Builder and responsible for the fees. We had several pool maintenance companies bid the job, but Mike Guido was the lowest bid and able to complete the job in a timely manner.

We trusted Mike Guido enough to closely inspect the rest of our pool system, and he found a history of abuse and poorly maintained conditions. He took the time to explain his findings in detail at no fee to us. As the much-needed repairs and maintenance were being completed, Mike also showed us his work, educating us about what he does to maintain your equipment to keep it in top condition.

As the owner of a small business myself, I have seen Mike train several employees. These men are courteous and complete in their service, providing the same type of professional work as Mike himself. I do not hesitate to recommend Mike Guido and K&J Pool Service to friends and colleagues in the Morgan Hill/San Jose area.

We have been a customer of K&J Pool service since we first moved into our home in 1998. K&J was recommended to us by the home builder as being reliable, knowledgeable, honest and fair priced. After almost ten years of service; I wholeheartedly agree. We have only one expectation  when it comes to maintaining our pool and equipment: It must be perfect every time. Mike Guido and his staff does not disappoint us. They provide a consistent level of outstanding service to us weekly. Chemicals, repairs, equipment or accessories. They do it all. Work is done in a timely manner with quality workmanship  at a fair price. One of the things, that impresses me about Mike; is the respect that he has earned amongst his peers and competitors. I have been solicited by other pool services in the past. When I tell them that we use K&J, they know of Mike and tell me "He's one of the good ones.
